Bray Resource Centre
Card Making Classes will be commencing on Thursday 16th September for Family Carers. These classes run for 6 weeks from 10.30am - 12.30pm. The course costs €35 which is payable to the Tutor to cover the cost of materials.
Massage Therapy is available at the Bray Carers Centre on the last Monday of each month for Carers. This costs €30 and is paid to the therapist to cover some of their costs.
Support Group Meetings take place in the Bray Centre on the last Wednesday of each month at 11am and in Arklow on the first Tuesday of each month at 11am. All are welcome. Call Geraldine or Allison at the Bray Centre on 01-2761760 for all enquiries.
Ex Volunteer of the Bray Carers Association Therese O'Conner singing with her group Serendipity at the presentation of proceeds of CABS (Charity Awareness Bus Supports) to various charities in Wicklow. The Carers Association received €600.

Our "Billy Mac and friends" Music Night took place in the Greville Arms on Tuesday 24th August. This was a great night's entertainment with music provided by Billy himself, Ray Lynam, Simon Casey, Mick Foster, The Dolan Band, The Swarbriggs, Extimes Showband, Boys from the Blackstuff, Abbax and many many more.

An Information Morning for Family Carers will be held in TLC Nursing Home Maynoon on Thursday 9th September from 10am - 1pm.
Portlaoise Resource Centre
Carers Week was a great success at the Portlaoise Resource Centre with many highlights including a day trip to Johnnie Foxes pub, an Open Day for Family Carers which included Hand Massage, Angel Healing and Beauty Treatments and Demonstrations. Read More Here.
